DSCSA is federal law. It requires every pharmacy to keep product tracing records and to investigate suspect or illegitimate products. PBMs and State Boards of Pharmacy can audit for this data, and gaps can lead to fines, liability, and, in serious cases, risk to your license.

FDA recently extended its small dispenser exemption for enhanced DSCSA serialization requirements to November 27, 2027. Your core obligations still apply today, though. Those include keeping transaction records, investigating suspect product, and working with authorized trading partners. Yes. Once you join RxPost, your free year of InfiniTrak is included. Fill out the form above and we'll help you get set up.
What does it cost?
RxPost covers your first 12 months of InfiniTrak Premium, including the $1,000 implementation fee. That's a $2,668 value. Years two and three of the membership are billed by InfiniTrak at their standard rate.
What happens after the first year?
Your InfiniTrak membership continues for years two and three, and InfiniTrak bills you directly for those years.
Do I need to change my pharmacy system?
No. InfiniTrak integrates with 30+ leading pharmacy systems, including PioneerRx, BestRx, PrimeRx, and Liberty.
Who do I contact with questions?
